The chicken cooker is a one pot roast dinner. Beer, cider, wine or stock is placed in the funnel of the cooker and the chicken is placed onto the funnel. Add a piece of lemon or lime into the neck to seal it and brush the skin with a light covering of oil.
Potatoes, carrots, onion, parsnips and other root vegetables are then mixed with a little oil and added to the dish around the funnel. The chicken cooker is then put into a cold oven, set the temperature to around 180 degrees and leave to cook.
The result is a perfectly cooked chicken – crispy on the outside and moist on the inside with a hint of flavouring from the ingredients in the funnel.
It will take less time than in the roasting tray so perfect for a quick roast

Sach is a clay pot for preparing and serving different types of vegetarian or meat dishes. Cooking with clay distributes the heat evenly and therefore cooks the dish evenly allowing seasoning and flavours to enhance into the dish. If serving food on the sach dish it will retain heat so the food stays warm during the meal. The sach dish can be used in a bbq, oven and on an electric plate but it is not recommended on a direct flame. It is then placed in the serving tray to carry to the table.
It can be used as a serving dish for individual portions or for guests to help themselves from a central plate and makes a beautiful centrepiece for the table as well as being practical.

Gondola

The Gondola is a clay dish that can be used to cook meat and vegetable dishes in the oven. Just layer vegetables and top with fish, chicken, pork or beef strips, cover and then bake in the oven. Place the Gondola onto the base for serving and if you want to impress guests then light some alcohol in the base and serve with a flame! The food will stay hot as the clay takes some time to cool down.
Alternatively use as a dish to keep meats, fish and salads cold by placing crushed ice in the Gondola tray and fill the Gondola with a cold food.
There are many uses for this versatile dish.
